Our people  
People play a strategic role in REMU to ensure the quality of products and services to their customers. For this reason they are constantly trained on products, machinery, software and other key aspects, in order to ensure effective and efficient performance of activities.

A working group is constantly oriented towards a single objective: the full satisfaction of customer requirements.

Infrastructure  
The factory has two warehouses which are built on an area of 6500 m2.

The first one of 1800 m2 is designed for operational desks and production.
The second one of 700 m2 is designed for the test runs, warehouse and factory services.
The third warehouse is 200 m2 and is used as remittance.

Production shops  
The production is organized by shops.

Characteristic shops are:
Turning, Boring-milling, Grinding, Welding, Deformation plate, Assembly.

Controls and tests  
To ensure compliance of products, REMU is organized with a modern testing room in which operate testing technicians, trained in quality control. The measuring instruments are managed in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 e Q1/TS 29001:2007.

REMU carries out with his staff:

  • Dimensional and geometric tests
  • Thickness tests
  • Hardness tests
  • Non-destructive tests: VT,PT, MT, RT
  • Pressure tests
