PRESALES

The in-house engineering department follows and supports our technical and commercial contact persons in replying to the customer’s requests. In order to meet the technical and quality requirements of the requested products, to which special attention is paid, modern and innovative solutions are proposed during the initial consultation phase.

DESIGN

We do not neglect any aspect of the project: we develop basic and detailed engineering, provide 3D modelling, take care of FEM (finite element method) and kinematic analysis, draw up the technical file in accordance with current EU legislation (EC marks) as well as all manuals. This is how our technical department provides you with a turnkey product.

CUSTOMISATION OF THE PRODUCT

We perform work to customer orders, based on agreed design specifications, manufacturing highly customised products.

Starting from specific requirements, we are able to engineer the product through to production. Drawing on our experience and constant study, we also produce customised products for very different fields, satisfying various sectors of the global market.

DELIVERY

Delivery times increasingly impact on company costs and productivity. By managing shipment services efficiently, Remu strives day after day to guarantee its customers the delivery of products, machines, and plants within the agreed deadlines, both in Italy and abroad.

MAINTENANCE

We offer both preventive and emergency maintenance services on equipment, machines, and industrial plants. Preventive maintenance is increasingly impacting and decisive: we plan and schedule it directly with the customer, customising it in detail to meet their specific needs.

POST-SALES

Consulting, an added value in which we strongly believe, does not stop at the initial stages of a project. In fact, it is a service we provide throughout all the phases of product design and manufacture to be at our customers’ disposal from start to finish and beyond. Once the products, machines and installations have been delivered, we respond to any needs that may arise after their sale.
